This Is Image Strategy. Not Styling.
At Lafayette & Co. 2.7, we work at the intersection of image, psychology and presence.
New York is fast, competitive and perception-driven. How you are seen affects access, authority and opportunity.
We refine personal image as a strategic tool, aligning how you present with where you are going next.
This is not about clothes. It is about control of narrative, visual clarity and intentional presence.
How We Work
Our work is not about trends. It is about trajectory.
We build image strategy through three pillars:
Clarity
Defining how you choose to be perceived in the room, in your career, and in your next chapter.
Alignment
Ensuring your visual presence supports your goals, authority, and positioning.
Execution
Translating strategy into wardrobe, silhouette, color, and presence. Communication happens before you speak.
This is intentional image architecture. Not styling.
Why This Matters
Your image shapes decisions before you speak.
In leadership moments, career transitions, and reinvention phases, perception is not surface. It is positioning.
We work where psychology, presence, and visual communication meet to align how you are seen with where you are going.
Who This Is For
We work with women who are in transition.Career shifts. Public visibility. Personal reinvention.
Women who understand that how they are seen affects how they are treated.
Who are ready to align their image with where they are going, not where they’ve been.
What We Do
We build image strategy, not outfits.
We help you control how you are perceived before you speak.
Your presence, wardrobe, and visual message begin to work in your favor, not against you.
This is about authority, clarity, and alignment. Your image becomes a tool that supports your next level.
Image is not guesswork. It is built with intention.
Every decision follows a clear structure. We work in stages to refine how you are seen, so your presence supports where you are going next.
Clarity
We define how you want to be perceived in the room, in your career, and in your next chapter.
Alignment
Your visual presence starts matching your authority, goals, and direction.
Execution
We translate strategy into wardrobe, silhouette, color, and presence. Communication begins before you speak.
The way you are seen shapes what becomes possible.
Presence is not surface. It is positioning.
When your image aligns with your direction, decisions change. Rooms respond differently. Opportunities open faster.
This work is for women who are moving into their next chapter and want their external presence to reflect the level they are stepping into.
This is not about trends. It is about trajectory.
You are already being perceived. The question is, is it intentional?
Every room forms an impression before you speak. Your image is already communicating. The only choice is whether that message is aligned with where you are going next.
This work is about clarity, alignment and presence. Not performance. Not styling. Positioning.
Your next level requires a visible shift.
Who I Work With
I work with women in transition.
Career shifts. Public visibility. Reinvention.
Women who understand that how they are seen affects how they are treated. Women who are ready to align their image with where they are going, not where they’ve been.
This is for leaders stepping into bigger rooms. Founders refining their presence. Professionals entering new chapters that require a stronger visual narrative.
Not because image is superficial. Because perception shapes access.
This is not for everyone
This work is not about trends or aesthetics. It is for women ready to be intentional, visible and positioned.
If you are comfortable being underestimated, this is not for you. If you are ready to be seen at the level you belong, we should talk.
Your presence should open doors before you say a word.
About the Work
This work was built from observing how perception shapes access.
In professional spaces, social environments and leadership roles, image communicates long before words do. Presence influences how seriously someone is taken, how quickly trust forms, and how opportunities move.
My approach is not about aesthetics alone. It sits at the intersection of psychology, positioning and visual communication.
Image becomes a strategic tool. A way to align how you are seen with where you are going.
Presence is not accidental. It is designed.

What does Lafayette & Co. actually do?
Lafayette & Co. works on personal image at a strategic level. We help align how you are seen with where you are going. This includes wardrobe direction, presence, silhouette, color, and visual positioning for professional and social environments.
Do you work virtually or only in New York?
Both. New York clients can book in-person sessions. Clients in other cities or countries work with us virtually through guided consultations, wardrobe reviews, and structured image planning.
What happens during a consultation?
A consultation is focused and practical. We assess your current image, your goals, your environment, and how you want to be perceived. From there, you receive clear direction on wardrobe, structure, proportions, and presence.
Is this about fashion trends?
No. This is not trend-based styling. It is positioning. The goal is to build an image that communicates authority, clarity, and intention, independent of seasonal trends.
